About ECN	English (USA)
ECN is a mailing list dedicated to the students, alumni, and teachers of NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, Pakistan. NED University is one of the oldest and most reputed Engineering Institute of Pakistan that provides the major chunk of the engineers to the nation. Almost 50% of the graduates of the university get enrolled in the US, Canada and UK for higher studies and are thus spread all across these countries. ECN is expected to be a medium where the ex-students of the university can discuss issues of interests, offer assistances to their junior students, indicate future trends in engineering to their juniors back at home. Similarly, ECN shall provide an effective channel for interaction between professional engineers serving the industry and the teachers serving at the campus. Topics may include any discussion about NED University, it's teachers, it's students, old days at campus, announcements that might be useful for students presently enrolled at the university, news about engineering etc. The ECN mailing list welcomes those who fall in any (or some) of the following catagories: Present students of NED University Students/Professionals who graduated from NED University and it's various affiliated engineering colleges. Subscribing to ECN
Subscribe to ECN by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
